Brass is the copper alloy of copper and zinc, which is named for its yellow color. Brass mechanical properties and wear-resistant properties are very good, can be used to manufacture precision instruments, ship parts, gun casings and so on. Brass sounds good, so gongs, cymbals, bells, and other instruments are made of brass.

Sailing Brass

Copper and zinc, tin alloy, resistant to seawater erosion, can be used to make the ship's parts, balancer.

Bronze

Copper and tin alloy called bronze, because of color green and named. Bronze generally has good corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, casting and excellent mechanical properties. For the manufacture of precision bearings, high-pressure bearings, marine corrosion on the ship's mechanical parts and a variety of plates, tubes, rods and so on. Bronze also has an unusual characteristic--"hot shrink", used to cast a statue, cooled and expanded, to make it clearer.

Phosphor bronze

Copper and tin, phosphorus alloy, hard, can be made of spring.

Nickel

Copper and nickel is the alloy, its color and silver, silvery, shiny, not easy to rust. Often used in the manufacture of electrical appliances, instrumentation and decorations.
