1.Simple introduction of high purity copper raw materials

6N super high purity electrolytic copper raw materials refers to copper with its chemical purity reaching 99.999% (5N) and the gas elements like C, N, O, H and S meeting the requirements of semiconductor, based on analysis of at least 40 impurity elements. Currently Guoxi Ultra-pure New Materials Co., Ltd. has finished constructing national largest industrialized production line of 6N super high purity copper capable of producing 100 ton/year, becoming the only enterprise realizing stable industrialized batch production of 6N super high purity copper raw materials . Its products first applied in the production of domestic high performance sputtering target material and evaporation material, breaking foreign monopoly of super high purity raw material used in the electronic information industry.

2.Advantages of high purity copper raw materials

High purity copper raw materials, it is produced byelectrorefining 4N(99.99%) copper cathode to get ultra purity 6N(99.9999%) copper billets, and the products made of high purity copper are widely used in semi-conductor, solar, and food process industry.   It can be used as the raw material of sputtering target, to ensure the copper purity. And another application is in bonding wire of semi-conductor, as the gold price going up day by day, the 6N high purity copper wire can well take place of gold wire.
