HCAF-305 aluminum oxide ceramic powder is the basic powder of this kind products, which is put in the process of Low temperature phase inversion, edulcoration, dispersal, desiccation, homogeneity. It applies to the slip casting process manufacturing large scale, intricately shaped, thin-walled alumina ceramic material.
Due to the features of high purity, small and uniform particle size, spheroidal, HCAL-305 powder especially is used for making the Lithium battery ceramic diaphragm,so that it can improve effectively the mechanical capacity, resistance to elevated temperatures and safety performance of the battery.
HCAZ-305 composite aluminum ceramic powder is based on HCAF-305. The product process is that we put micromagnesium oxide and surface modifiers in the HCAF-305, and then puting them into the spray granulation process. It applies to dry pressing and isostatic pressing Alumina ceramic material.
